Okras, round green beans, potatoes, aubergines, onion, red and green peppers and carrot. 

Cook as any vegetable, whithout thawing.

You will only need (for 4 people): 1 packet of “Let’s Cook” Mixed Vegetable Casserole cretan recipe with okra Barba Stathis ,70ml of olive oil, 500 ml of Barba Stathis Grated Tomato, 150ml of water (if using a pot) or 100 ml of water (if using a pressure cooker), salt, pepper

On the stove: In a saucepan, stir the contents of the package with half of the olive oil over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to half, add salt, pepper, grated tomatoes, and water, and stir gently. Cover the pot and let the food simmer for 40-45 minutes. Add the remaining olive oil, turn off the heat, and let it stand on the stove for about 5 minutes.

In a pressure cooker: Follow the recipe as described above, but use half the quantity of water (100 ml). Put the lid on the pressure cooker and once the valve rises, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
